How do you find hope? Are there specific places, pieces of art, human beings, organizations, or practices that help you?
I experience my own capacity to grow and learn and change as a source of hope. I'm also lucky in that I get to work with others and support their own personal development. Knowing that we are never done growing as long as we're willing to continue trying to align our behavior with our values gives me hope on a daily basis.
I find it in music, friends, love, art, a giant laugh, and a big cup of coffee
Laughs are so hopeful.
Being outside in nature. Taking a walk, or even better going to a natural place to hike. This is what I have found grounds me as much as anything.
Such a good perspective! It's something that we can all access in our own way, too.
I search for the doers and helpers and then follow their lead; I try to pitch in even if it's in minimal ways.
